This paper explores effective strategies in library and information services delivery in the 21st century. It explored how libraries have transitioned from traditional repositories to hybrid and digital knowledge centres. The study highlights challenges such as digital divides, information overload, and ethical concerns in data management and concludes that library as an institution must be proactive, adaptive, and forward-thinking by implementing these strategies and ensure that their services continue to meet the changing needs of the society effectively and equitably. The paper recommended curriculum development among others into how library and information science professionals can adopt new technologies to sustain their relevance, promote inclusivity and ensure efficient information delivery in an increasingly complex global landscape.
