The sample size was three hundred and ninety- nine(399) respondents drawn from the population. Simple random sampling and proportionate random sampling techniques were used for the selection of the sample size. Frequencies and percentages were used to analyze the bio-data. Mean and standard deviation were used to answer the research questions while Multiple regression statistical analysis at 0.05 level of significance was used to test the null research hypotheses. Hypotheses 1, 3, 4 and 5 were rejected on the fact that there is significant relationship that exist between socio-cultural house forms and meal preparation, house sanitation, storage and clothing maintenance activities among occupants in Adamawa State.
