Abstract
Christened knowledge age, the world in this century is interested in harnessing and sharing indigenous knowledge in any form and from any where in the globe. Using Sheikh Umar Sanda’s private library in general and his publications in particular, this paper demonstrated the rich indigenous information contents of private libraries in Nigeria. Analyzing the contents of some of his publications reveal the vast knowledge hidden in these private libraries
