Abstract
This study, "The Application of Marketing Strategies on Commercial
Banking Services: A Case Study of Habib Nigeria Bank PLC," was undertaken
to explore and have insight into the way Commercial Banks offer their
services. The study derived its significance from the recent experience of large
scale distress in the Nigerian banking industry. Habib Nigeria Bank PLC. was
chosen as a case study.
The study used both personal interview and the questionnaire methods
of collecting data.
The study made several recommendations. Prominent among these
recommendations is that the banks should endeavour to monitor the degree
of customer satisfaction with its services on a continuous basis.
