Relevant related literatures were extensively reviewed by the researcher to serve as an essential framework and guide for the study. These necessitate the use of relevant instruments such as questionnaire administration, personnel interview and personal observation in collecting the relevant data in the course of the study. A sample size of twenty management staff and fifty customers were selected using simple random techniques for an estimated population of one thousand five hundred people including both the staff and the customers. However the data collected were analyzed using simple percentage method for easy interpretation. And to validate the findings of the study, the following hypotheses were formulated; HO - That the public relations activities of Standard Trust Bank Limited have no impact on the performance of the services of the bank. H1 - That the public relations activities of Standard Trust Bank have impact on the performance of the services of the bank. The hypothesis was proved while the alternative (H1) was accepted and the null hypothesis (HO) was rejected. The analysis and interpretation reveled some findings among which is that, Standard Trust Bank Limited does not have autonomous public relations department in it's area, zonal and branch offices but only in the Head Office.
