dc.description.abstractThe paper discusses four broad types of health information sources. Highlighting the problems of availability of health information resources in Nigerian medical/health institutions and libraries and information centers, the paper provides different kinds of information service that can be provided to health workers. The paper concludes by calling for adequate funding of medical/health libraries in the country. Also a call is made on the need to reposition the Health Management Information Systems established in the country.en_US
