dc.description.abstractIn this thesis, a comprehensive study of categories, Chu spaces and Chu categories is presented. In particular, Chu spaces on the transitive closure of a relation on an arbitrary set and related Chu categories are constructed, and some of their algebraic properties are studied.In addition, Chu spaces and Chu categories are constructed on , the set of integers .Finally, the categorical model of multisets and the Chu constructions are outlined.en_US
