Abstract
The Fantasyland is not an amusement park with i t s random collection of distractions which offer cheap t h r i l l s to the
c l i e n t e l e , comprising mainly adolescents.in an amusement park, there can really be no all year round profitable business for the patrons or the proprietors as most v i s i t o r s appear during public holidays or mostly at school vacations.
Presently, leisure resorts r e s t r i c t s themselves to just a theme and therefore, suffer for i t s inadequacies. The effect is
that such a place cannot offer the best for i t s clientele and is not family oriented. The juveniles are the only beneficiary.
Lack of v a r i e t i e s further deplore the situation. The sheer pace of progress and environmental influences and financial
independence have further contributed to a situation whereby each individual exhibits his genotypic and phenotypic characteristics
even though they may be product of the same source. A multi-theme leisure resort that provides the right blend and varieties of offers will not only benefit the proprietors but also the c l i e n t e l e . In such a situation, the family is well catered for and they may democratically agree to go on resort without fear of one imposing an activity on the other. Since v i i i
