Abstract
The paper revisit the essence of Institutional Digital
Repository (IDR) and issues on its establishment,
structure, content, infrastructure and facilities needed
to manage and sustain its operations. It concludes that
Public and Private Institutions should join the race for
the establishment of IDR at local, national and
international levels.
