Abstract
This work has taken a look at marketing generally and particularly at
marketing strategies as it affects the Marketing of Petroleum Products by
UNIPETROL NIGERIA PLC.
The five strategies being presently adopted by the Company in its
Marketing efforts are also highlighted and discussed.
Finally, for the reader to appreciate UNIPETROL'S contribution to
Nigeria's Economic Development, an effort is made to look at the
functions of the various departments within it as well as a brief history of
the Company.
