The findings and results of interview with management, foremen tradesmen and labourers are reported in the fourth chapter. . The general analysis of this chapter revealed that motivation in the construction industry today does not agree with the scientific school of thought which says that workers are idle, lazy and are motivated solely by money. On the contrary, it was found out that work men are highly motivated by the job and its working conditions.
