Abstract
We investigate in the elliptic framework of the restricted problem of three-bodies, the motion of an oblate infinitesimal particle in the vicinity of a luminous primary and an oblate secondary. The locations and stability of the equilibrium points are found to be affected by the eccentricity, oblatenessand radiation pressure parameters. We highlights the effects of the said parameters on the locations of the triangular points and stabilityusing CEN X-3 model. The triangular points are also found to be stable for 0    C ; where  is the mass ratio  1  2   . Further analysis indicates that collinear points remain unstable in spite of the introduction of these parameters.
