dc.description.abstractThis work is all about the design of a new cipher called a hybrid cipher. The work started with an overview of Cryptography thereafter the design of hybrid cipher, which combines stream and block cipher encryption techniques was achieved. The hybrid cipher is simple but yet apparently a strong cipher that can be used for cryptographic encryption.en_US
