dc.description.abstractThe Ahmadu Bello University Journal of Commercial Law (ABUJCL) is a brainchild of the Department of Commercial Law, Faculty of Law, Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, Nigeria. It’s ultimate goal is to stimulate legal research into societal challenges with a view to providing workable solutions. In the context of academic excellence, this edition discusses diverse vexing legal issues in the best tradition of intellectual analysis and robust engagement. The incisive and highly provoking discourse in this edition will be highly invaluable to legal practitioners, law makers, policy shapers, research institutions and development scholars. With law reform as cornerstone and building strategic alliance for law development, this edition honours one of Nigeria’s greatest law reformist, James Kalu Ukoh, SAN.
