dc.description.abstractDavid Olorunfemi Kolawole Purpose The purpose of this study was to collect information on how school programs could be evaluated for relevance through the perception of primary school pupils and graduates from rural and urban schools in Ilorin province, Northern Nigeria. Methodology Ninety-one boys who completed primary seven in 1964 and two hundred and one who were in primary seven in 1967 were selected on a random basis and interviewed.
