dc.description.abstractThe project produces a statistical computer package for analysis of survey data. The computer programes are sequentially developed to cover statistical concepts such as, measure of central tendency, measures of dispersion, graphical presentation of data (Histogram, Stemplot, Boxplot, Frequency Table, Scatter Diagram etc.); probability functions and their inverses (Binomial, Normal, Student t, Chisquare and F distribution); significance tests and confidence intervals; analysis of variances. Test data were used to test each of the programs separately and all the programs together as a package. The results are satisfactory. Einstein a Basic Micro Computer was useden_US
