dc.description.abstractPromotion involves the co-ordination of all seller-initiated efforts to set up channels of information and persuasion to facilitate the sale of goods or services, or the acceptance of an idea, this concept is very important in our national business today because every consumer related industries are involved in the activity, therefore, this research work is interested in finding how Lever Brothers Nigeria Pic is managing its promotional activities in this current economic depression. The information gathered through questionnaire, interview and personal observations shows that the company's refusal to countenance market forces on the supply sides, increasing competition within the industries and poor rewarding system for its sales representatives.en_US
