Abstract
ABSTRACT
Motivation is a basic psychological process. It is the most important
process in the micro approach to organizational behavior. Many people equate
the causes of behavior with motivation. However, motivation should never be
underrated. Along with perception, motivation is presented here as a very
important process in understanding and measuring employees performance on
the job using non-financial incentives as or motivating factors. Motivation
cannot be seen, all that can be seen is the motivating factors and the outcome
of using the factors to induce workers for effective job performance.
This write-up therefore is concerned with how managers can motivate
subordinate so that their performance and satisfaction will be increased using
ncn-financial incentives.
Case studies are also presented to support the arguments of the subject
master. Non-financial incentives as motivating factors for effective job
performance.
