Abstract
The primary objective of this research work is to carry out proper investigation as regards to the “IMPACT OF PENSION ADMINISTRATION ON EMPLOYEES IN NIGERIA and to highlight the result of investigation. The main focus is the introduction of Pension scheme as it is implied in organization, the background to the study as well as the statement of general problems and significant of the study were discussed in the initial chapter. A comprehensive review of related literatures of different authors use also made. Here, we have conceptual domain of pension, were it was defined by several scholars and its importance conferred appraisal. Primary data were gathered through the utilization of personal interviews and detailed questionnaires. The total population size of the Premium pension ltd staff and client use estimated to be hundred and fifty which were sent questionnaire and one hundred and thirtythree responded to the question asked, which were later tabulated in the subsequent analysis. The sample random sampling is the method used by the researcher in determining the sample and sampling techniques used is the purposive type. Also the statistical technique used in testing the hypothesis was the chi-square statistical method. The data collected from respondent were presented and analyzed with simple percentage. So, the results of the findings show that pension Administration has great impact on Employee in Nigeria.
