The population of the study covered eight hundred and fifty twoJSS two business studies‟ students in three public junior secondary schools, in Kaduna State with a sample size of one hundred and seventy business studies‟ students. Tables, frequency and percentages were used to analyzethe demographic data, mean and standard deviation were used to analyze the research questions while t-test was used to test the three hypotheses at 0.05 level of significance. The result of the analysis revealed among others that parents‟ level of education and occupation influenced academic performance of business studies‟ students in government junior secondary schools in Kaduna State.
