T Oil is mineral resources which had been generated and accumulated over long geological times from very huge debris of living organisms in aquatic or marine surroundings. Oil has certain physical qualities which are also reflected in the nature of its impact on human inter-relationships, on politics, National and International. The most intersting thing about this project is the multi-dimen-tionality of its approach. Yet Nigeria inspite of many years of oil operation does not completely control the Industry.
