Abstract
Commercial and Industrial Investment Attitudes and Opportunities are key ingredients in the realisation of real investment in any social system, and as such major contributors to the sustenance and for healthy growth and development of it. It is however noted by this research that, despite the many provisions by way of physical infrastructures and Government encouragements little can be said to be achieved in this respect. Putting down the data necessary for this study requires face-to-face discussions with key functionaries in the State Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Kaduna Investment and Finance Company and some Local Government Areas, which I sampled out for this purpose. In conclusion, some important recommendations were made to remedy this situation, which may include, putting in place a rational system of incentives for investors and entrepreneurs alike.
