SPONSORS: PRIVATE ORGANIZATIONS BRIEFS A MODERN LEISURE CENTRE Catering for 800 people on peak days. Provisions should be made for future Expansion to a Tourist Resort. The design will consist of the following: A. Amusement Park B. Motel C. Discotheque/indoor Games D. Shopping Arcade E. Amphitheatre F. Restaurant/Bar G. A d m i n i s t r a t i o n / M a i n t e n a n ce H. P i c n i c Grounds I . Swimming Pool APPROACH: Proper s i t e p l a n i n g i n c o r p o r a t i n g extensive use of landscape elements.
