By and large therefore, the primary concern (problem) of this research endevour is why the third world countries has increasingly found it difficult to dash away out of the enigmatic force that hinders the economic development of their nations i.e. debt crisis. Using ofcourse, the experience of Nigeria. Many methods of data collection were employ incorporating the two fundamental sources, that is the primary and the secondary sources. A complete findings of this submission make the researcher to critically take a position of the resources why and seek to locate the answer of third world debt crisis by looking only inside the under developed economic as not only disgusting but annoying, preliarly because the economic of the third world with ever increasing debt burden are systematically and badly incorporated into the exploitative structures of the Western Capital of economic system in a way that is very unfavourable to the third worked countries.
