dc.description.abstractEconomic and wise planning and, proper sellection of site and building is most essential to a business or occupancy success of any tenant (large or small.) Proper location for the tenant is the first essential. Next comes the proper building that will speed up and give the tenant every advantage todays office technology offers. Today with, office building construction in the increase (especially banks) in the country (an average of six per annum) supplying office space to satisfy our continuous growing economy along with new developments in business efficiency for office space planning, construction and maintenance is highly required, various parameters are to be studied in different offices and banks (which form tne focus of the design) by way of case studies and conclusion and recommendations suggested applied into office space planning in buildings. This is to establish the conditions which enable the occupant of the office space to take up occupancy in such office buildings as a result of the facilities provided there in. Emphasis shall be given to, office planning to suit different requirements of different tenants by way rationalisation of functions and services in such an office.en_US
