Abstract
Rhema Chapel International Churches headquarter have the problem of co-ordination of
activities and general administrative problems as a result of inadequate facilities and lack of
integration of the existing facilities. All effort made at taking the word to the Nation emphasizing
its integrity has not been able to produce a hundred percent result because of information and
communication breakdown, clericalism and other problems that hampers effective management,
motivation, control and execution of the various visions of the ministry.
The desire objectives of the study is to study what constitute church administrative
functions. Discover the necessary facilities that will facilitate effective church administration.
Study how best this facilities can be integrated into one another.
Enhancement of effective circulation as a means of controlling crowd and Harmonious
relationship between functional units.
Evolving a design pattern that will promote Christian fellowship, Unity of spirit and
singleness of purpose among members.
This thesis again has the view of forwarding a design proposal that will seek to provide
integrated facilities that will facilitate effective administration of the multi-farious arms of the
ministry and which could also be used by other ministries under the apostolic jurisdiction of
Rhema Chapel International Churches and finally as a means of saving money initially used in
renting facilities for administrative purpose.
