dc.description.abstract | This study materials assessed the of Supply and Utilization of Instructional Materials in the Teaching and Learning Outcome in Kaduna State Primary Schools in Kaduna State. The study was set to achieve some of the following objectives; to ascertain the concept and types of instructional facilities in use for the achievement of teaching and learning goals and objectives; ascertain the supply of schools facilities in Kaduna State; to assess the availability of teaching and learning facilities; to evaluate the efficiency, relevance, and contribution of facilities to teaching and learning in primary schools; to assess how facilities are utilized; and to ascertain the problems involved in the management of school instructional facilities; descriptive research method was employed through which data was collected by the use of questionnaire. The respondents comprises of 11 management staff, 204 teaching staff. The data was analyzed and interpreted through the use of t-test statistical method of analysis. There was hypothesis testing where P > 0.05 was used i.e. any t-value that is below 0.05 was rejected. Out of the six hypotheses, 3 were retained and 3 were rejected in some of the findings of the study revealed that government did not supply adequate instructional materials to all the public primary schools in Kaduna State. It was also discovered that there was a great disparity in the supply of instructional materials to the urban and rural primary schools in KadunaState. Based on the above findings appropriate recommendations were advanced for effective supply and utilization of public instructional materials to public primary schools in KadunaState. | en_US |
