dc.description.abstractThis study attempted to investigate students' perception of the influence of social studies education in resolving examination Misconduct in Junior Secondary Schools, in Kaduna State. The study used descriptive survey method because of the nature of its large population. A sample of 500 students were selected from 2 local government areas with 29 schools from a population of 5,000 students through ballot lottery. Data were collected with the use of questionnaire and the three null hypotheses were tested at 0.05 alpha level, with independent t-test statistics. It was found out among other things that differences existed amongst the students. From the findings, it was established that one can score good grades without cheating among other things. The study recommended the following; that students should study hard always and should shun bad friends. Again, that students should be motivated if they will excel in examinations without involving in examination misconduct.en_US
