| dc.description.abstract | The small scale Industry has been the bed rock of development in the state and the Country at large. It's impact to the entire economy has been very significant. This has been hampered by a lot of factors ranging from financing to management problems. Despite the various support given by the government and the availability of different sources of finance, the sector is still faced with many problems such as inability to make proper use of various sources of finance. This has led to the smallness of the size of capital at their disposal. Ownership, control and management has been vested to one or few individuals. The services of skilled personnel, professionals, or management consultants have been very costly and are hardly sought.
