The research concluded that Publishing industries in Kaduna and Kano have realized the need to apply ICTs in order to boost their productivity and remain relevant and competitive in the business of publishing .The research recommends that Nigerian publishers should endeavor to participate in co-publication by seeking and buying editions from other publishers.
