Abstract
The rising concern for the effective and smooth
operations of corporate institutions is a consequence of
the various problems which occur in terms of operational
procedures, rules and regulations and finally obligations
within them.
These institutions are usually finance oriented and
have a marginal bearing on the economic development, of their
country, their main function is a leadership role in restructuring,
improving and managing the financial system, but with the recent
trends, these functions are now questionable. The disheartening
feature of Nigeria's economy has been i t s poor growth
performance and despite the well articulated policies and
s t r a t e g i e s , there s t i l l exists crises at the domestic and
particularly international front.
This deficiency is as a result of corporate institutions
i n a b i l i ty to achieve positive output in their functions,
these exogenous functions include management and administrative)
psycological, welfare, transportation and design functions.
The design of corporate architecture is wholly based on
the organization of spaces to suit each relative activity.
Architecture is an embodiment of socio-economic institutions
whose form serves as the main restructuring organ is it controls
the physical environment that people as individuals and groups
can work and be together, seen as a means of accommodating and
expressing the spaces for sound living.

international trade i . e . export oriented, there is a need to
re-examine their roles and see how effectively they have
performed.

corporate institutions.
