Basic assumptions were made and significance of the studies outlined. The scope and delimitation properly stated. The Literature Review covered the conceptual framework, emergence of Information and Communication Technology, Information and Communication Technology and School Management (Finance, Staff, School Facilities, Information and School Records). The methodology for this study was discussed. The study is a survey focused on peoples’ opinions. Therefore, its benefits have not been fully realized, there were inadequate personnel to teach ICT related subjects and that ICT subjects were not properly funded and this has affected supply of ICT materials in Kano state secondary schools.
