Abstract
The Glorious Qur’an is the book of Allah (SWT) the Creator, sent through the
Prophet Muhammad (SAW) to guide human being unto all what will benefit them both
in this life and Hereafter, especially on the issue of belief which is the purpose of
existence and the solid foundation in building a strong nation (Ummah). Therefore, it
has a very important role to play in human life. People have been deviating from this
right path for one reason or the other, they try to create confusion and doubt about the
authenticity of the Islamic Monotheism through any means they got as an opportunity.
For this, it is mandatory on all Muslims specifically their scholars to give special
consideration to the knowledge of believe, particularly the methodology use by the
Glorious Qur’an in discussing belief with non Muslims. This study is an attempt to
analyse the concept of belief from the pre-Islamic Arab views, Jews, Christians and the
Muslims also the verses of the Glorious Qur’an that discusses the issue of belief with
non Muslims. In the study, three basic principles of Islamic belief were observed, i.e.
belief in Allah, the Messenger and the life after death, In the study, the authenticity of
the Islamic beliefs were also observed as well as the verses that ward off the non
Muslim belief. At the end, the finding partly confirm that the Glorious Qur’an consist
of different proofs reflecting the suspicion in human mind and it kicks against anything
that can stop mankind from accepting the truth. Challenge all un-genuine reasons from
its root. Summary, conclusion and recommendation were given at the end
